You may return our products purchased on www.torreys-sky.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. If there’s an issue with your product, please email us at Torreys.Sky@gmail.com. You’ll need your order number as well as the email address used to place the order. 

Torreys Sky will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distribution or retail partners.

Return item must be in its original condition, packaging and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates.
